Deleting emails from both your BlackBerry and Outlook on your PC On the BlackBerry in the Email view:

Close any emails you may have open

Click trackwheel button to get menu options

Scroll down and select Options

Select Email Reconciliation

Select Delete On and click trackwheel

Select and click Change Option

Select and click Mailbox & Handheld

Click Esc key

Select save and click trackwheel

Click Esc to return to emails screen
